I realised in this day and age, we are bombarded with so much food advertisements, no matter what you think, the marketing people somehow subliminally imprint their message into our head.  Before we know it we are getting bigger and bigger, we feel bad about ourselves and even depressed!

I know I have been there and I am absolutely fed up with it!!!!  

But who wants to slave away at the gym up to 3 hours a day when we have a busy lifestyle?  I wish I was a celebrity who was able to hire a personal trainer to work me out in my own personal gym in the mansion I own up in Beverley Hills, but sadly I have to pinch myself back into reality and look at my gut, lug myself up from the couch and go join up to my local gym.

I told myself I’m not going to go 6 days a week - no matter what the perky blonde haired 20 year old sale girl says behind the counter, I’ll go when I can, when I want to, but I know that’s not all I need to do!

I searched high and low for hints and tips to make weight loss fun, fast and exciting.  At the gym with workouts right back to home with eating tips.  As believe me, if I can cut a corner I will!

This website is for everyone else like me, I hope the articles on this website will be informative and help you towards your weight loss goals!  Even for those who want to body build!  I’ll get there one day :)

Oh I have also included in my website some very handy calculators that you can download and always have handy on your desktop so you can always keep track of your weight, and be in control once and for all!

Meanwhile loosing weight is not all about looks, we all want to keep out health too!  Mainly looks of course otherwise why would we be doing this???  But yes, health does come a close second.
